The Company is to be established for the purpose of purchasing wool to be.manufactured into woollen goods of various kinds. It is proposed to erect the factory in some convenient place in or near the Borough of Masterton, and the Provisional Directors have already offers of desirable sites on reasonable terms. All modern appliances and improvements will be introduced in the const-ruction of the necessary works, particulars of which are now in thb hands of the Provisional Directors. The Provisional Directors have already received applications for a considerable number of shares, and confidently believe that they will shortly bo enabled to take the necessary steps for establishing the company. < Whon not less than 1000 shares hove been applied for, a meeting of the applicants will be convened in order -to consider further proceedings.
