The District Race is open to all horses owned in the district at least six months previous to this race meeting, ■lhe Produce Race is for all horses bred and iroineil in the district and that have never started (or an advertised race, In caseot a protest, tho same must be lodged with the becretary within fifteen minutes atter the race is run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the pro* test be found trivial or vexatious.
