SOUTH WAIRABAPA W.M. CLUB COMPANY.
The annual meeting of the members of the South Wairarapa Working Men's Club Company was held in-the Institute! Greytown on Saturday evening, Mr W. . Skeet in the ohair. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed, and .< the report and balance for the past year - were read and adopted. v "( ' It was reaolved that a building be erec-; ted and finished at a cost not to exceed '- the amount in hand, and the "Fermament / Investment Office Loan" remain as atv' present. \ - • Messrs Baillie, Bright jun., and Sk(^p J were elected directors.. " Mr Boole .was eleoted Secretary and Treasurer.. Messrs Webster and Gray were appointed auditors. A vote of thanks was accorded to Messrs Baillie and.Skeet for preparing the plans submitted to the meeting. Mr Baillie waß requested to prepare specifications, and signified his willingness to do so free of chartre. The meeting then adjourned.
