Tho winners ef the first day's Hack Races will not be allowed to run for those on the second day; nor will the winnei of the £lO Hack Race cither day be allowed to run for the catch weight Hack Races, No person will be allowed to euter a horse for any race (hack races excepted) unless lie be a subscriber of at least £1 to tho race fund. No scratching of horses allowed, unless throuch the Secretary and fifteen minutes before the time of starting.
