At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of November, 188 L Present: His Excellency ihb Governob in Council, TN exceroise of Hie powers vested in me x by " The Rabbit Nuisancu Act, 1881," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with tho advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby abolish the Cashpoint, the Woinuioru, the Awhea, the Masterton, the Cartoon, the Eeaiherston, and the Oliiriiia Rabbit Districts!, and do hereby ci,nstituto and declare the part of the wlony comprieed within the Counting of Wairarapa East and Wairarapa West, as defined by " The Counties Act, 1876," a rabbit district under the said "Rabbit Nuisance Ad, 1R81," by the name of the Wairarapa Rabbit District.
