WANGANUI COLLEGIATE SCHOOL THE Trustees of the above School are about to erect a spacious house for the accommodation of Boarders, which is expected to be ready for occupation at the beginning of the New Year, The Classrooms, built about three yeai'3 ago, are hrge and lofty. The situation of the School is very good. It .stands in a reserve of about siy acres, forming an excellent cricket field and play-grouud.

The Kev KW. Hatvc-y, M.A., Incumbent of St Pauls, IV cllington, lius been appointed to the office of Head Master, and will enter on his duties in January next.. Mr Harvey was a Scholar of St John's College, Cambridge, and has had large'aud varied esporience as a teacher. The eouise of instruction will i-mbinc- liehgious Knowledge, the English, .French, Uonnaii, Latin, and Greek languages, History, Geography, and Mathematics, with special preparation, If desired, for the Civil Service and other examinations. Facilities will also be given for the study of Natural Science. The School Year will be divided into Three Terms of 13 weeks each.
