TN excercise of the powers vested in me x by " The Rabbit Nuisancu Act, 1881," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby abolish tho Castlepoint, the Wainuioru, the Awhea, the Mastertoii, the Carterton, the Featherston, and the Otaraia Rabbit Districts, and do hereby constitute and declare the part of the colony comprised within the Counties of Wairarapa East and Wairarapa West, as defined by " The Counties Act, 1876," a rabbit district under the said "Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1881," by the name of the Wairarapa Rabbit District.
