gCHKODEK, HALL OF COMMERCE. THE CHEAPEST AND BEST DRAPERY ESTABLISHMENT IN THE DISTRICT. fICHRODER HOOPER. AM CO. 0' respectfully beg to notify that on account of the liberality of the Government in taking the duty off several lines in the drapery business, they have likewise reduced those lines at least 17| per cent, We furthermore beg to state that having already gained the reputation of being the cheapest and lest house m the district for all kinds of general drapery, millinery and clothing, we intend to keep up that reputation and sell every article in the trade at the lowest possible prices, combined with quality and durability. Having enlarged our premises to over double its former size, and having stocked all the departments with every necessary artich and material, we are noiv in a position to lay before our customers a selection which is not equalled by any storekeeper within Wairarapa, and not surpassed by any house in Wellington, Our busiaass being so well known through the district, we do not think it necessory lo go to large expenses and quote a price list, as these expenses must necessarily k charged to the public by putting them on to tines not, quoted, .but simply stale that we will undersell any . price list that is got up in opposition to us. So Jar our regular selling prices are at least 10 per cent, less than any price list, yd published, Our reasons for being able to sell less tlivn any house in the trade are: 1. Not ha\ ing a lot of heavy expenses to contend against, we can give customers (he benefit. 2. Not beinp tied to any merchant, weave enabled to purchase our slook from the best markets. 3. We sell cheap and fir cash, thereby not making n lot of bad delts. 4. Only undertaking the branch of business which wo thoroughly understand, wo can give it every attention and only buying the best and mo«t durable class of goods we must give satisfaction, SCHRODER, HOOPER &C 0„ Wholesale and Ilelail Drapers and Olethiers Hull of Commerces IiEMEMBER THE ADDESSIS MASTEHTON.
