ORDER AT PUBLIC MEETINGS.
* (To the Editor Wairaiupa Daily,) Sir,—The letter of " working man" under the head of "Query" in your Saturday's paper contained very good suggestions. I should like to add another to them; and that is, that our leading citizens should organise, or form a combination, to ensure order at our : public meetings. My fellow-electors of the working-class should remember that it is a dangerous thing for them to hear one side of any important public question; and that much may often be learnt even from an opponent, , "Wo certainly might learn a good * lesson in manners from the Maovies. They never interrupt a speaker, and their meetings aro far more orderly than ours, Yonvs &C, An Elector.
