MR BUNNY AND GREYTOWN.

(To tho Editor Wairarapa Daily.) Greytown, Oct, 21, Sir,—Timber Jim is very bury persuading all aud sundry electors that Mr Bunny is the best man to vote for. I don't know why Mr Timber Jim is so struck on the busy B. Perhaps it is a fellow feeling. I would caution my fellow electors before pledging their votes 10 Mr Bunny to romenber who lost Greytown the whole of the Lowor Valley trade, and thus crippled the township ? I can answer them,—it was Mr Bunny. He owned land on the Tauherenikau river when he was Provincial Secretary, and by I a gross job secured a second bridge across the Tauherenikau and completed the road to Featherston, thus enhancing the value of his land (which he cut up and sold), and diverting all the Lower Valley trade to Featherston.

Mr Bunny voted a double honorarium to himself two years ago, and quietly secured and pocketed £'4oo, when only entitled to 1200. Mr Beetham gave his to the Institutos, Hospitals, &c, not caring tu soil his hands withtt. Greytown plumped for Mr Bunny last election, so that ho should suppo£ 3rey. What did he do? His one vottnfcpt the Hall Ministry in power, and yet his J bosom friend, Timber Jim, wants Grey- I town to againvote for him, We're not on -give us a Fharazyn. | Not to be Humbugged, I
