The Representation Act provides for the division of the Wairarapa electorate into twi districts, viz,, AVairara;>a North and Wairarapa S<mtli. It is ray intention to rik myself as a candidate for the northern division, I therefore avail myself of the present opportunity to assute the electors that, if elected, I shall ever consider it to he a pleasing duly to promote the interests of both electorates with which I have lo«g been so intimately connected.
