The Representation Act provides for the division of the Wairarapa electorate into twi districts, viz,, Wairarapa North and Wairarapa S«nth. It is my intention to offer myself as a candidate for the northern division. I therefore avail myself of the present opportunity to assure the electors that, if elected, I shall ever consider it to be n pleasing duty to promote the interests of both electorates with which I have lo»g been so intimately connected.
