Jorna) reported that the meeting was more of a formal character than, one-for the transaction of business, and was convened in accordance wjth their rules. The present financial condition of the Olub was a credit balance of 12s, and subscription's inarrear, amounting to M , TMe W> no liaWli^ It was resolved that members'in arrear be requested subscriptions by the end of the current month.
