This Company is formed with the object of preparing by tho Refrigerating, or other Process, Meat, Butter, Cheese, (Sc., for Shipment, and of undertaking tho Export and Sale thereof. Preliminary Shipments are proposed to be frozen on board of vessels fitted with appliances, thus leaving ample time for selection of most improved shore freezing machinery, and for fixing site or sites most conducive to tho interests represented by promoters.. It is intended that tho Company shall have power either to purchase, or ship, on owner's account, as may be found desirable. The Promoters confidently rely on the assistance of nil in carrying out what must not only he a profitable undertaking to shareholders, but also have an immense effect on the prosperity of the whole Colony, by a large increase in the market value of several of its main products.
