THE Building Committee of the proposed New Hall begs to notify that it having been found impracticable to work the erection of the proposed building as intended, so as to promote the general good designed at first by the promoters, by vesting it in the hands of Trustees, and having obtained legal advice, and acting in accordance therewith, deem it advisable to form a Limited Liability Company with a capital of 250 pounds, in shares of ten shillings each, in which to vest the interest of the Hall and property connected with it. The Committee having acted throughout imperfect good faith and honorable intention towards subscribers and the public generally, are thankful for the very liberal amount of support they have received by the subscriptions given, and arc glad to state that by the formation of the proposed Company every subscriber to tlio amount of teii shillings, will have a personal interest in tho property, and thus may ultimately receive more than value for their money paid in. Immediate steps will be taken for the formation of the Company, and in the mean time subscriptions of ten shillings on the sharo principle will be received.
