THE Building Committee of the proposed New Hall begs to notify that it having been found impracticable to work the erection of the proposed "building as intended, 6o as to promote the general good designed at first by the promoters, by YdgfJM it in the jjanjjj pf (prustees, and liavlng obtained legal advice, and acting in accordance therewith, deem it advisable to form a Limited Liability Company with a capital of 250 pounds, in shares of ten' shillings each, in which to vest the interest of the Hall and property connected with it. The Committee having acted throughout in perfect good faith and honorahlo intention towards subscribers and tho publio generally, are thankful for the very libeial amount ol support they have received by the subscriptions given, and are glad to state that by tho formation of the proposed Company every subscriber to the amount of ten shillings, will have a personal interest in the property, and thus may ultimately receive more than value for their money paid in.
