Krull, Hon John Martin, M.L.C., G. Beetham, M.H.R., McLennan W, O. Buchanan, and others. The capital is to be 4320,000, in £5 shares. DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL. Donedin, ■Oertain charges having been made against Town Clerk, the Council insist on his prosecuting his acouser for libel. This will lead to a full investigation of the affair. ,
