Enabling. the said, arrangement to, ,be tarried o\A\ a h'eroinaftpr appears:"'' Be it therefore enacted by the Uoneral Asßßmbly of;Ne^2«alahd ! in Parliament assembled, aiid by the authurjty. of, the •arite,- A follows;--. 1. The short title of this Act is'" The Masterton and Grey town' Lands Management Act,; 1871, Anieiidment Act, 1881," 2. It shall be lawful for the; said Trustees'; lipbn having n conveyance executed to them of a fee-simple estate in possession jree : fr6m enWihbfahces, of and in the lands mentioned in the second Schedule the,said Board is. hereby authbriaecl and empowerod to execute), to convey to the said Board the lands mentioned in the first. Schedule hereto,: in leg-simple in possession free from encumbrances; and also to pay to the said Board the sum'of four hundred pounds;. to bi wised as hereinafter appears. 3-1 Bhall be lawful for the said Trustees to, borrow and raise from any persoii whomsoever, the said sum of four hundred
