PROPOSED NEW HALL, THE Committee for managing the affairs of the Proposed New Hall, beg to inform the public generally that the promoters of this object, seeing for a long time past the great necessity which has existed, and which still exists, for such a building at thiß end of the Borough, have, after careful consideration and a meeting on the subject, determined if possible to erect it for the many
