MASTERTON HIGHWAY BOARD. NOTICE. THE Masterton Highway Board intend, at a meeting to be held on Saturday, the Mth May, to make a rate of one shilling in the £ on the annual value of all the property within the district for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1881, and ending on the 31st day of Maroh, 1882; and will be payable in one instalment on Monday, the 16th May.
