Co-operating with local Committees throughout the Provincial Dintnot. This Company is formed to comploto the communication by rail from Wellington to Manawatu and Now Plymouth. It is proposed to raise at least £50,000 of the capital within the colony, payable aa follows:—2s Gd per share on application, 2s 6d per share on allotment, and the residue by calls not exceeding 5s per sharo, intervals of not less than three months. The Company proposo to acquire the Native Lands through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers tooarry out tho undertaking. . The concessions which the Government Have made, and other particulars, arc fully set forth in tho prospectus, which can bo obtained from the Secretary, or at any of the branches of tho Bank of Now Zealand throughout the colony, and to. which is annexed a form of application for shdyes.
