The figures paid for them being no object. The mares and entires and their progeny have gained first honors at all the principal shows in the colony. Mares, and fillies and colts arc nearly all thoroughly broken to general farm work. CATTLE. 200 The cattle comprise pure-bred shorthorn bulls and cows, dairy cows, splendid heifers, calves, mixed cattle, stores, and prime beef. SHEEP. 1500 Crossbreds, young ewes, store wethers, lambs, hoggets. Splendid lot of mutton. Pure Leicester Earns for stud purposes. The size, condition, and quality cannot bo surpassed in the Wairarapa, The auctioneers can safely recommend buyers with a view of improving their own stock, to attend this sale, for better blood anil stock that have been well cared for and matured cannot be purchased elsewhere, and the public may bid with perfect confidence that every lino submitted will be sold to the highest bidder. The terms will e as follows Under £3O cash; over that amount, one third cash, balance by approved bills at 3 months.
