This Company is formed to complete the communication by rail from Wellington to Manawatu and New Plymouth. The Company proposo to acquire the Native Lauds through which the line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powers tocarry out tho undertaking. The concessions which tho Government have made, and other particulars, are fully set forth in the'prospectus, which can bo obtained from the Secretary, or at any of tho branches of tho.
