This Company is formed to complete the communication by rail from Wellington to Manawatu and New Plymouth. Tho Company propose to acquire the Native Lands through which tho line will pass, and will apply to Parliament to obtain the necessary powors to carry out the undertaking. The concessions which tho Government have inado, and other particulars, are fully set forth in the prospeotus, which can be obtained from tho Secretary, or at any of tho branches of the Bank of New Zealand throughout the colony, and to which is annexed a form of application for shares.
