Philpottv John Barlow.—Suffering a nuisance to exist on his'premises. Fined Is and costs, Charles Colville v John Crawford.— Assau't. Fined £2 and costs, or in default 14 daj'B 1 hard labor. Same v Same. —Assault. Fined £3 and costs, or in default 28 days' hard labor, Constable Evans v VV. Crawford,— Assault while in execution of his duty as a peace officer on the occasion of the fire' at tho Marquis of Normanby Hotel. Sentenced to 28 days imprisonment with hard labor,
