The Company is formed for the acquirement of existing interests, erecting necessary premises, procuring additional machinery, and enlarging operations. Tho Meat-preserving Plant (which, together with the Boiling Down Plant, has beeu recently fitted up in an efficient manner) is capable of turning out 3000 Ibs of Preserved Meat, in tius, per day j it ineludes every appliance, and is in complete working orfer. _ The Slaughtering Premises and the principal buildings have been recently erected.
