The Company is formed for the acquirement of existing interests, erecting necessary premises, procuring additional machinery, and enlarging operations. Tho Meat-preserving Plant (which, together with the Boiling Down Plant, has beeu recently fitted up in an efficient manner) is capable of turning out 3000 Ibs of Preserved Meat, in tius, per day j it ineludes every appliance, and is in complete working orfer. _ The Slaughtering Premises and the principal buildings have been recently erected. The premises are situated close to the Upper Hutt Railway Station, affording every facility for import and expo:t, There is ample accommodation, with considerable acreage subdivided into suitable paddocks, well and securely fenced, The Provisional Directors have given every consideration to the proposed undertaking, and being convinced vhat some such labor-providing industries are absolutely necessary for thj's country, and having obtained the opinion hi geutlemon competent to advise, as to t remunerative character of the business pi posed, have not the slightest doubt as tho commercial success of the Company, i invite co.-operation to establish this lo industry.
