Tho Provisional Directors have given every consideration to the proposed undertaking, pd being convinced what some such labor-providing industries are absolutely necessary for this country, and having obtained the opinion of gentlemen competent to advise, as 10 the remunerative character of tho business proposed, have not the slightest doubt as to the commercial success of the Company, and invito' co-operation to establish tHs local industry.
