TARATAHI-CARTERTON HIGHWAY BOARD.

A meeting of the Wardens of the above Board was held at the office of the Board on 25th January. Present—Messrs W. Booth (Chairman), .Burton Boys, L. Nix, and Strawbridge. Resolved that Mr Boys be authorised to employ labor to break stones, prico not to exceed 2s 6d per yard. Resolved that tenders be oalled for 11 chains (more or less) metalling on Nix's line. , • Tlie meeting then adjourned;
