The Provisional erectors have givon every consideration to the proposed undertaking, and being convinced jhat some such labor-providing industries are absolutely necosßary for this country, and having obtained the opinion of gentlemen competent to advise, as to the remunerative character of the business proposed, have not the slightest doubt as to the commercial success of the Company and invite co-operation to estabhsh this local industry.
