H. Woltors, Cartorton, on or before TUESDAY, 4th JANUARY, 1881, at 4 p.m. The weights will ba declared im Bth Jan., 1881, and published in the local newspnners. Acceptances to be made on or before SATUE DAY, 15th January, 1881. at 4 p.m. Three entries or tho public money will be withheld. No protest will be considered unless lodged within 15 minutes after tho race, and accompanied by a deposit of £2, which shall be forfeited if the Stewards aro of opinion that tho protest is frivolous or vexatious. All jockeys to ride in t-ho colors nominated. or a fiue of 1 sov. will be enforced. No entry will be admitted-hack and hack hurdle races excepted- unless the person entering be a subscriber of one guinea or moro to the Race Fund.
