Specimens of Caswell Sound Marble can be seen at any of the Museums in New Zealand ; the Chamber of Commerce, Wellington, or on application to any of tho Officers of the Company. In introducing this eligible investment to notice of the public,, .the promoters desire to Btate that the Company's rights comprise the best, most available, extensive, and perhaps most valuable Jlaib.e deposits in the known world, at all events in the Southern Hemisphere. This is sufficiently proved by Caswell Sound Marble securing the first prize at.the late Sydney Exhibition against Italian Statuary and other valuable varieties. They also wish to dwell upon its known certainty and non-speculative character, the ultimate success of this venture being now established. The lowest quotation for this Marble is 12s per foot, and ranges up to £5. Larger blocks are, however, much more valuable, some pure White Statuary, without flaws, realising as much as £20,000 sterling in %6pc, The ordinary price for a block suitable for a life-sizs human statue being about LIOUO. The present cost of producing this Marbjo by manual labor only is abopt 2s per cubic foot, f.o.b. Theso figures may appear incredible, but they are nevertheless absolutely correct. Thus, taking the cost of production as stated, and tho very lowest wholesale quotations at 12s per .foot gives the apparently fabulous minimum rate of POO percent, profit It is. therefore, no matter, as theso are leading commercial lineß and the values well known, the facilities of production, shipment, high quality of product giving a vast advantage over any like property in tho world. We will also venture to predict that the value of the Company's shares will increase at least 300 per cent, within twelve months of issue. Referring to consumption of these commodities, it is also enormous. The consumption of Marble, Portland Cement, and Lirno in the Australian Colonies alone during the last twelve months has been £2,862,600 sterling, a d rapidly increasing. Caswell Soun« is a commodious and safe harbor for tbo largest vessels inall weathers, the works of the Company being situated the water's edge. The Government of this Colony has also promised to favorably consider special grants and concessions in aid as soon as the Company is successful!) floated. For further 'particulars re other minerals found at the found, copier, coal, gold, &'c., together with scientific, professional, Government, and other reports, with the details of the objrtlß inul intentions vi the Company, we refer to the prospectus, which can be obtained on application to any of the officers of the or from Company's agents, the Hank of New Zealand, Mastertoi'.
