Wairarapa East County Council proposes loasingto Emma Greathead of the flurnnuiorangi Hotel, tho Hnrunuioraugi ferry reserve, containing 40 acres or thereabouts, for a term of ten years from tho Ist day of May, 1880, at tho rout of £2O per annum, payable quarterly.
