Wairarapa East County Council proposes loasingto Emma Greathead of the flurnnuiorangi Hotel, tho Hnrunuioraugi ferry reserve, containing 40 acres or thereabouts, for a term of ten years from tho Ist day of May, 1880, at tho rout of £2O per annum, payable quarterly. Mrs Greatnoad to insure and repair buildings, also to remove timber accumulating against bridge and provide ferry-boat at current rates, ui case of bridge being impassable, and not to sub-let without Council's consent-usual power of entry on default for thirty days.
