His fee is within the reach of every breeder, and will leave a fair margin of profit in lower markets than the present; and he is turned out with the mares in wellgrassed paddocks, which practically means a guarantee. IHE Wairarapa East County Council _ proposes leasing to Emma Greathead of the fluruuuiorangi Hotel, the Huruiiuiorangi ferryreserve, containing 40 acres or thereabouts, for a term of ten years from the Ist day of May, 1860, at the rent of £2O per annum, payable quarterly. Mra Greathead to insure and repair buildings, also to remove timber accumulating against bridge and provide ferry-boat at current rates, in case of bridge being impassable, and not to sub-let without Council's consent—usuaj power of entry on default for thirty dayß.
