Also 26 Private Prizes, consisting of BUYER CUPS, PIECES 1 PLATE, ka., &c., amounting in the aggregate to a valuo of over 175 guineas. EXHIBITORS are reminded that Entries for the Show close at the officep of Messrs F. H. Wood& Co., at Groytown, R. & J. Brown, at Maatortou, and H. H. Wolters, at Carterton, on MONDAY, 25th October, inst., and tb»t in no case will any entry be received after that dato. Printed forms of entry, and all necessary information maybe also obtained from them. Full particulars as to prizes, classification of exhibits, and conditions of competition have been published by means of sheet programmes which have boen distributed, and may bo seen at all the principal hotels and business places in Wellington and the Wairarapa. THE LEAPING MATCH, for which entries will be received up to 1 p.m. on tho day of the Show, will tako place at 3 p.m. THE SHEARING MATCH, for which entries close ou 25th October, will take place at 2 p.m.—First Prize, £3; second prize £2; entrance 2/6.

THE SHEEP DOGS will be tried on the ground at 10 a.m. CLASS 29a, DRAUGHT HORSES.-Mr John Hill offers n special prize of £2 (Ist 255, 2nd 15s) for tho best FOAL, got by Young Prince Charlie, foaled since lat July 1880. Admission to tho Show—Members, on iroduction of ticket, free.
