CARTERTON, FRIDAY. Before Burton Boys and W. Booth, Ems,, J.P.'s. Arthur. Kelly, Henry Stevens, and Joseph Ingley (butcher) were charged with unlawfully and maliciously breaking down Jane Ridgivay'a fence on the 19th September. In consequence of ths absence of the principal witness the hearing of the case was adjourned till Tuesday, the 28thSeptember, . ■" •
