RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries to be made to the Secretary on the ground. The Races are open to all, and will be run under the rules of tlio Society. Three Competitors to start or no second prize. The decision of the Directors, or whoever they may appoint, shall, in all cases of dispute, be final. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Directors shall have it in their power to postpone the Sports from day to day. Sports to commence at 11 a,m,, sharp. The Master-ton Volunteer Brass Band will be. in attendance.
