Secretary : Mr William Wylie. _ The Provisional Directors will endeavor to induce the Government to grant to members of the Association such modification of the land on deferred payment clauses of '-The Lund Act, 1577, as may facilitate occupation by bona lido settlers and subscribers without necessitating strict compliance with the present provisions of those clauses.
