(PEK PRESS AGENOY.) <&. WELLINGTON. Sunday, The Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution in condemnation of Hutchison's Abolition of Imprisonment for Debt. Two nine pounder batteries have been ordered from Home. Free passes by train will be granted to and from any pro perly authorised demonstration in their district.
