It was resolved on the motion of Mr !- Wakelin, seconded by Mr Fenton—That Dr J. Smith be elected a member of the Committee, vice Mr Oowper, resigned. r It was resolved on .the motion of Mi Wakelin, secendedby Mr Hornblow—That the Chairman be authorised to get the |V necessary outbuildings erected at a cost il not to exceed £4los. d Account for cleaning school premises for £1 was passed for payment, the oilier s accounts to stand over till next meeting.
