His views on taxation were stated at Gladstone to be in favor of exempting riches, and putting it on the working men, in the necessa*ries of life, fie is in favor of giving increased rating powers to Municipalities, and taking away Iheir subsidies. The people in his own, part of the district know Mr Pharazyn too well to havo any faith in his specious promises, Don't be misled.
