(PER PRESS AGENCY, WELLINGTON. Sunday. PARLIAMENTARY, There was little done in the House yesterday. It passed the Maori Prisoners and Peace Preservation Bills, but the latter was thrown out in Council. The Premier declared there was no more business andtlie House broke up. Prorogation takes place to-mo rraw (Monday), Dissolution Tuesday. The Bingarooma took four members South and the Hinemoa nine North. _ A public meeting last night passed resolutions to the effect.that no more immigrant* should be brought out unless they paid" their own passages. Another meeting carried a resolution that a plebiscite should be taken to sanction the waterworks loan. ,
