FEATHERSTON LOCAL BOARD.
The usual'monthly meeting was held at the Oddfellows' Hall, on Monday the tho 7th inst. Members present—Messrs Cox (chairman), Cundy, Keys, and Reynolds. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and 'confirmed, The Treasurer's statement showed a Bunk balance of L 33 2s lOd, and outstanding liabilities, L9B Is. Account paid, Tait L 33. ' CORRESPONDENCE. From Colonial secretary re Featlierston Reserves, and public pound. From County Council re subsidy to Board. Notice of motion was given by Mr Cox, that the" Local Elections Act" be brought into operation in tho Featlierston Local Board District,
