Directly after the arrival of the Hinemoa she will be at once sent -baelc and bring these down along with another 17 already arrrested, and lodge them in the Wellington gaol. J Major Roberts arrested the first batch d ploughers at eleven o'clock, These will be lodged at the Wangamvi gaol for the present.
Other gangs of ploughcrs will follow up the v/ork and will also be arrested; '
It is expected that Titokowarn and a large party of his men will commence ploughing shortly. He will be arrested also with about 150 followers; total numberof prisoners now in custody is 65,

HAAVERA. Thursday. A mongst the natives arrested to-day are three of Titokowaru's fighting men. The prisoners sent on to Carlylo to-day will be sent on to Wellington.
WAITARA. Thursday. Twcuty-fivc Maori prisoners have jusl been brought in ; among them are Wirrari, son of the Hon. Wi Tavata. The natives saj that bloodshed will be the next tiling,
