J. C. B. Brockman v. P. Neilsen. — Abusive and threatening language. Mr Skipper for plaintiff, Defendant in this case was tresprssing on land occupied by prosecutor, and when requested to withdraw used offensive language, The Court inflicted a fine of 50s, but by desire of prosecutor reduced it to 5s and costs. John Morrison v. C, E, Gqckburn Hood, —Damages, £SO, for not erecting certain fencing. Mr Skipper for 'plaintiff, Mr Beard for defendant,' Plaintiff jionsuited as defendant was only an agent, and the principals should have been sued.
