Same v. Svendsen.—Debt, £3 lis Gd. Judgment for amount and costs, Same v. J. Thompson.—Debt, £8 2s 9d, Judgment for amount and costs. Same v. James Smith—Debt, £1 4s, Judgment for amount and costs.
Masterton Borough v. J. Harris.— Debt, £3 125,. Judgment for plaintiff, T. Lynch v. J. Morrison.—Debt, £9 15s fid. Mr Bunny, for defendant. Judgment for £6lßs arid costs.
E. Feist v. J. Westbrook.— Debt, £ll6s. Judgment for amount and costs. Inspector of Borough .v. John Langdon. —Charge, furious riding. At the requeesfc of prosecutor a small fine was inflicted, viz., 5s and costs.
J. C. B. Brockman v. P. Neilsen. — Abusive and threatening language. Mr Skipper for plaintiff, Defendant in this case was tresprssing on land occupied by prosecutor, and when requested to withdraw used offensive language, The Court inflicted a fine of 50s, but by desire of prosecutor reduced it to 5s and costs. John Morrison v. C, E, Gqckburn Hood, —Damages, £SO, for not erecting certain fencing. Mr Skipper for 'plaintiff, Mr Beard for defendant,' Plaintiff jionsuited as defendant was only an agent, and the principals should have been sued.
