The County Council guarantee that suitable timber for constructing tlio bridge may bo obtained by the successful tenderer within two miles of the proposed site, subject to tko payment of a royalty of one shilling per hundred feot super, for all timber used in the structure, and sixpence per hundred for all waste scantlings necessarily cut in excess of actual requirements for bridge construction.
