The County Council guarantee that suitable timber for constructing tlio bridge may be obtained by the successful tenderer within two miles of the proposed site, subject to the payment of a royalty of one shilling per hundred feet super, for all timber used in the structure, and sixpence per hundred for fill wnsto scantlings necessarily cut in excess of actual requirements for bridge construction.
