B, Wilson.—Wages, £8 16s, Judgment for £4 and costs, W. Burtv. Stevenson.—Detinue, £5. Judgment for defendant. C. Phamyn v. J. Cundy. —Debt, £2G, Judgment confessed, Gkeytown, May (i, 187!). [Before H. S. Wardell, Esq., R.M.] R. V. Smith v. J. Duck.—Claim, £2 10s. Settled out of Court. R. V. Smith v. J. G. Rockel.—Claim, £23. Judgment for plaintiff. Assessjient Court. The Assessment Court for the Greytown Borough sat at the Foresters' Hall. There were about fifteen objections, which were all dealt with in the samo way.
