The promoters of the above Company having leased the Town Hall, Masterton, for a term of 21 years, have determined to effect certain alterations and additions by which the building can bctransformed into a Tlieatro suitable to the requirements of the rapidly rising town, and it has been clearly asccrtained that the building as altered will be adequate for the performance of Theatrical and Opeiatic Companies, which m times past would have visited the district had there been suitable accommodation. It has further been proved, without doubt, that the income hitherto derived from the town Hall, even in its oxtremcly miserable state, has been more than a paying ono. Plans have been prepared by an experienced architect, and an estimate given, whereby the alterations as mentioned above can be made for a sum of £OOO, It is therefore proposed to float a Company with a capital of £IOOO. consisting of 200

Shares of £5 each, £3 of which shall ho called up as follows: —10s on application; 10s on allotment; and 10a per Share per month, 'llie holders of Shares will be entitled to their yearly dividend proportioned to the profits realised by the Company.
