The promoters of the above Company having leased the Town Hall, Masterton, for a term of 21 years, have determined to effect certain alterations and additions by which the building can be transformed into a Theatre suitable to the requirements of the rapidly rising town, and it has been clearly ascertained that the building as altered will be adequate for the performance ot Theatrical and Opeiatic Companies, which m times past would have visited tho district had there been suitable accommodation, It has further been proved, without doubt, that the income hitherto derived from the Town Hall, even in its extremely miserable state, lias been more than a paying ono. I'lans have been prepared by an experienced architect, and an estimate given, whereby the alterations as mentioned above can be made for a sum of £6OO. . It is therefore proposed to float a Company with a capital of £IOOO. consisting of 300 Shares of £5 each, £3 of which shall he called upon as followslos on application; 10s on allotment; and 10s per Share per month. Ihe holders of Shares will be entitled to their yearly dividend proportioned to the profits realised by tho Company. The liability of the Shareholders is limited to tho amount of Shares which each ouo holds,
