Borough of Masterton, must be filled up and their use discontinued, j4nd all householders residing within the . same limits must on tho date aforementioned provide proper watertight boxes or cans, with convenient handles; such boxes or cans not to exceed 18 inches in width by 24 inches in length, and 18 inches in depth, as receptacles for night-soil.
